Description Births
The Parkersburg News and Sentinel and Marietta A.M. prints birth announcements for 6 months after the birth. Birth announcement information must be at the Parkersburg News Society Department no later than 4 p.m. Monday preceding the Sunday it is to run. If more announcements are received than space permits, as many will be printed as possible, with others appearing in a future edition of the News and Sentinel.

To have your photograph published in color, please arrange $25 payment before publication. Black and white photographs are published for free. Both can be uploaded from the next page of the Virtual Newsroom.

4. Where the baby was born.
5. How much the baby weighed, and how long it was at birth.
