Example From Harpers Ferry: To the Martinsburg caller about stopping and letting people make left hand turns in front of them. The rules of the road are you are to not block entrances to businesses or intersections. From Martinsburg: I really like the expanded letters to the editor section near the election season. You should leave it that way year-round. From Martinsburg: Hurray for Dawn Welsh. All those apostrophes were impossible. It is amazing how people misuse those in their grammar.
