4. Score by innings with total runs, hits and errors for baseball and softball along with full names of pitchers and catchers and leading hitters for both teams
5. For basketball, submit final score with leading scorers for recreation games. For MIL basketball, please submit a full boxscore with first and last name of every player who played with field goals made, free throws made and attempted and total points.
