Example

Do you want to recommend someone for The Journal/Gold's Gym Athlete of the Week?
Be sure to include the athlete's name, school, class rank, sport and, of course, what he or she did that merits the recognition.

Description

Here is an example of what to submit:
Name: Rachel Buser
Class rank: Freshman
School: Berkeley Springs
Sport: Cross country
Accomplishment: Buser ran her way to the record books at the state meet Saturday, then went to her house to find a place for her championship. Buser's time of 19 minutes, 18 seconds set a course record and won her the Class AA-A state championship at Mineral Wells, leading the Indians to a fourth-place team finish.
With teammate and two-time state champion Valerie Peer on her heels, Buser bested her by 21 seconds in a race that was run in a sometimes-pouring rain.
